Meet Our Executive Director

We are so excited to introduce Paul Getzel as the new Executive Director of Community Lunch on Capitol Hill!

Paul (he/him) is a Seattle native and nonprofit leader who has spent more than 25 years showing up for people who are too often overlooked. From directing the Chicken Soup Brigade at Lifelong, where he led a team of staff and 150+ weekly volunteers to deliver meals to thousands of at risk populations. to serving as Executive Director of NAMI Seattle, Paul has built his career on the conviction that every person deserves to be seen, fed, and welcomed.

Paul wakes up every morning excited to share space and a fantastic meal with Community Lunch guests, volunteers, and staff. and is grateful for the amazing support from our community to make hot nutritious lunch happen year round.
