The Mobile Medical Van will be available Friday, May 20th outside Central Lutheran Church Parish Hall at 1710 11th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 from 10am - 2pm

Please note that we take our last medical patients 30 to 60 minutes prior to the clinic end time. Try to arrive at least an hour before the end of the medical clinic.

The mobile van program provides no-cost walk-in care for people who are living homeless (or were recently homeless) only. El programa del Van Mobile ofrece Cuidados de Salud sin costo solo para personas sin hogar (o recientement sin hogar).

Uninsured? The Mobile Medical staff can help you apply for a new Medicaid program available to people with a low income. The program covers prescriptions, doctor and hospital visits, basic dental and vision care, and more. There are no co-pays and you do not need to be disabled.
