Community Lunch on Capitol Hill provides hot, nutritious, and high-quality meals—on a shoestring budget—to hundreds of homeless and low-income people of Seattle. We welcome them as our friends and guests in an atmosphere of hospitality, comfort and support. By sharing lunch three times at two locations each week, we create community together.
About Us
Community Lunch on Capitol Hill  -  1710 11th Ave - Seattle, WA 98122
In a time of dwindling budgets and skyrocketing unemployment rates, the need for free and healthy meals is undeniably urgent. We are currently seeing an average of 250 to 300 people at each lunch and 100+ at each Thursday supper—a significant increase from previous years.

The scope of our impact relies on the generosity of our volunteers and donors. Without them, it would be impossible to respond to the immediate needs of those whose lives are filled with unpredictability. By committing their time, resources and expertise, our staff and volunteers work to alleviate hunger and homelessness in Washington state by offering a dependable and safe place for Seattle's most vulnerable population.
